How Pretty Papers Make Every Gift a Story

There’s a reason our community calls Pretty Papers “the wrapping that does the work for you.” Each pattern in our collection is drawn from antique prints that once delighted parlors, libraries, and salons — and now bring that same delight to your table.

When you fold our papers, you’re not just wrapping a gift — you’re weaving history into the moment. A seashell illustration from a 19th-century naturalist’s book, or a jubilant bouquet from an old botanical print, transforms a box into something memorable, personal, and poetic.

Our goal has always been to scatter joy: to make the practical feel whimsical, and the whimsical feel practical. That’s why every sheet is designed to fold beautifully, crease neatly, and hold its charm long after the ribbon is untied.

So whether you’re wrapping for a birthday, a holiday, or “just because,” remember — the paper itself tells a story. And like every good story, it lingers.
