1.  Wholesale Pricing & Order Minimums

•       Opening order minimum: $99

•       Reorder minimum: $75

•       All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.

•       Retailers are expected to sell at or above MSRP. Accounts found pricing below MAP will be contacted and may lose wholesale access.

2.  Payment & Invoicing

Payment is required in full before orders are shipped. We accept:

•       ACH transfer

•       Credit card

•       PayPal

3.  Shipping & Handling

•       Retailers are responsible for all shipping costs.

•       Orders typically ship within five business days of payment. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost.

•       We ship primarily via USPS. Other carriers are available upon request.

•       All orders are subject to availability. Retailers will be notified promptly of any out-of-stock items before fulfillment.

•       International wholesale is not currently available. Please inquire if you are located outside the United States and we will do our best to assist.

4.  Damages & Claims

•       Wholesale orders are final sale.

•       Claims for damaged or defective items, including printing errors, transit damage, or missing pieces, must be reported within three business days of receipt, with photographic documentation.

•       Approved claims will be resolved with replacement product or store credit. We do not issue cash refunds.

5.  Cancellations & Modifications

•       Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement.

•       After that window, orders are in process and cannot be changed.

6.  Exclusivity

•       Location exclusivity is not currently offered.

7.  Intellectual Property

•       All designs, images, trademarks, and branding associated with Caldwell’s Miscellaneous Fancy Goods LLC are our sole property and are protected by law.

•       Retailers may not alter, reproduce, or use our brand materials without explicit written permission.
