1. Wholesale Pricing & Order Minimums
• Opening Order Minimum: $200
• Reorder Minimum: $100
• All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change
without notice.
• Retailers must adhere to the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) unless agreed otherwise.
2. Payment Terms & Invoicing
• Payment is required before orders are shipped.
• Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer.
3. Shipping & Handling
• Retailers are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
• Orders typically ship within five (5) business days. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
• Shipping carriers used: UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL
• International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the retailer.
4. Returns, Damages, & Claims
• Wholesale orders are final sale and non-returnable unless the product is
defective or damaged.
• Claims for damaged or defective goods must be reported within three (3)
business days of receipt with photographic proof.
• Approved returns will be issued store credit or replacement items—no cash
refunds.
5. Exclusivity & MAP Policies
• Retailers may request location exclusivity within a one (1) mile radius if agreed upon.
• Exclusivity agreements terminate after three (3) months without reorders.
• Retailers must adhere to the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) of 20% off MSRP.
• Failure to comply with MAP pricing may result in account termination.
6. Intellectual Property
• All trademarks, logos, and other branding elements used in connection with our products are the sole property of Caldwell’s Miscellaneous Fancy Goods LLC and are protected by law.
• Retailers are strictly prohibited from altering, removing, or using our brand in a manner not explicitly authorized by us.
7. Cancellations & Modifications
• Orders cannot be canceled after one (1) hour of placement.
• Changes to an order must be requested within one (1) hour.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion.
